President

Dianne James

Dianne is one of the founding members of Redland Rhapsody and has held a
number of administrative and musical positions within the chorus over the past
15 years. She has also been involved in Sweet Adeline regional activities in a
variety of roles.

Her work with not for profit organisations at both State and National level has
given her a comprehensive understanding of board governance and teamwork.
Her leadership philosophy is one that focuses on harnessing the wisdom of people through trusting in their resourcefulness and ability to make good decisions.

As President, Dianne consciously works to create the conditions in which members are able to use their natural talents to assist the chorus, as well as themselves, to be successful.
